NEW EVENT! Private Bench Time & Cold Water Immersion.

Relax, Reflect, Rejuvenate.
We are now offering private bench time for up to 4 people at our Windsor Way location. Enjoy 60-minutes of hot sauna and access to Middle Spunk Lake for cold water immersion. Book it online and bring three of your favorite friends.

Bring a towel, something comfortable to sweat in, water bottle, sandals or water shoes, bath robe (for comfort) and your rugged self. We will provide additional drinking water, tea, and a light snack in between your cold and hot sessions.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to prepare for your session.

Cost is $120 for up to 4 adults.

Special Notes:
- There are NO bathrooms for this event (except in case of emergency).
- Outdoor changing space available.
- This event takes place at a residence; we value your respect for our friendly neighbors!
